ABOUT US
Erik's passion for teaching started when opening a youth bike program east of St. Paul in the late 90’s. Then 19 years as the Director of Training at the largest swim school in the Midwest he developed an understanding for keeping things simple, but always progressing.
Taking years of cycling experience and product development Erik decided that Bjorn Cycling needed to pivot from hard goods, to the growing need to educate youth and families.
Problem worth solving..

Righty tighty/Lefty loosey. That’s sometimes where you need to start. In the many years of training and development Erik learned that you have to start small, skills need to build, make it rewarding, and always have fun. Yes, to start off sometimes you need to call screwdrivers plus (+) and minus (-).
